The lam and rijst recipe contains 32% gedroogd meat, 13% rund fat and 5% lam liver - which may not seem like a lot at first glance, but lets break it down: Kudo starts with vers meat, which naturally contains around 70% vocht. That vocht is gently removed before the lam and rund are blended with the other ingrediënten. What remains is the same meat, just without the water, meaning the percentage on the label reflects the true amount of meat in your dog’s bowl. Approximately 1.2–1.5 kg of vers meat is used to produce every 1 kg of Kudo cold-pressed food. That’s three times more meat than some other leading cold pressed brands.
